Carson City emergency crews called to structure fire on Lorraine Street
UPDATE 5:53PM: One occupant and one pet have been removed from the home and are safe, according to Carson City Fire Department personnel on the scene.

UPDATE 545PM: Carson City Fire Department responding to the structure fire in the 2800 block of Lorraine Street report they have knocked down the flames inside the residence. A fire investigator has been called to the scene.

Carson City Fire Department is responding this early Tuesday evening to a structure fire in the 2800 block of Lorraine Street near Sherman and Nye.
The call came into dispatch at 5:30 p.m. as a report of smoke coming from a residence. Arriving firefighters on scene report smoke coming from the roof and interior of the residence, said to be a double-wide mobile home. The fire is considered a working incident.
