Carson City detectives: Suspects sought used stolen credit cards in Carson City and Reno
Suspects sought for allegedly using stolen credit cards at Walmart in Carson City on Saturday are also believed to have used stolen cards at a Target store in Reno, sheriff's investigators said Monday.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Investigation Division is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the credit card fraud suspects.
On Saturday, June 1 at around 4 a.m. two unidentified white male adults used stolen credit cards at Walmart in Carson City. Later that morning, at around 8:30 a.m., the cards were used at a Target store in Reno.
The first suspect is a white male adult, thin build and is clean shaved. He was last seen wearing a gray beanie, black hooded sweatshirt, light colored pants, black shoes, with blue soles.
The second suspect is a white male adult, thin build and is clean shaved. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow baseball cap, plaid long sleeve shirt, dark pants and slippers.
The first photo is new and it was taken from a surveillance camera at the Target store in Reno. The second photo, added Tuesday afternoon shows the second suspect using a smart watch, which was bought using a stolen credit card. The two other photos are from the Walmart store in Carson City. The pair apparently changed clothing before going to the Target store in Reno. Scroll and click on photos to enlarge.
