Carson City area casinos see flat gaming revenue in April, down 1.8 percent statewide
Casinos in Carson City, Carson Valley and other areas of Douglas County except for south shore Tahoe had gaming revenue, also called "win" of $9,023,949, down .06 percent.
Casinos at south shore Lake Tahoe saw a 12.54 percent decline, while north shore casinos reported a 16.3 percent decrease from April 2018.
Reno casinos saw a 3.21 percent increase in gaming win, while gaming establishments in Sparks saw a 3.27 percent decrease.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $936,478,914 for the month of April 2019. This amounts to a 1.81 percent decrease compared to April 2018, when licensees reported a gaming win of $953,738,992.
For the fiscal year (July 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019), gaming win has increased 0.50 percent.
