The suspect is described as about 5’8-6’0 tall, bald and very muscular. The suspect drives a white Cadillac Sedan with a custom black hood and roof.

The victim and witnesses described the exhaust as very loud, and the vehicle sporty and fast.

The Nevada Press Foundation announced Thursday that it sold its headquarters building at 102 N. Curry St. in downtown Carson City earlier this month. A 30-year-old man was arrested early Thursday for suspicion of felony eluding, a felony parole violation warrant and five misdemeanor offenses, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.

The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has awarded funding to seven critical transportation projects across the Tahoe Region that will reduce congestion, expand regional trails, provide free transit, support sustainable recreation and tourism, assist with Caldor Fire recovery work, improve lake clarity, and create climate resiliency, the agency announced Monday.
