Fire department called to structure fire in east Carson City
UPDATE 7:57PM: Arriving Carson City Fire Department personnel report the fire has been contained and have downgraded the call for additional fire engines.

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies were called early Friday night to a structure fire reported in east Carson City near Deer Run Road.
The call came into dispatch at 7:44 p.m. from a 911 caller who reported a structure, possibly a warehouse, with smoke coming from it, in the 3100 block of North Deer Run Road.
Firefighters arriving on scene report a large column of smoke coming from a building. More firefighters have been called to the scene.
