Carson City gaming revenue flat in March, south shore Tahoe up 9 percent
Casinos in Carson City and Carson Valley areas of Douglas County expect for south shore Tahoe had gaming revenue, also known as "win" reported at $9,173,576, down 0.60 percent from March 2018.
Meanwhile, casinos at south shore Lake Tahoe, which includes Stateline, saw a March gaming "win" of $15,913,477 for the month. North Tahoe casinos saw 2.2 percent increase.
Casinos in Reno saw a 1.9 percent decline, with Sparks seeing a 3.15 percent increase in "gaming win."
Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,022,974,672 for the month of March 2019.
This amounts to a 0.12 percent decrease compared to March 2018, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,024,175,826.
For the fiscal year (July 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019), gaming win has increased 0.75 percent.
