There are still over 100 appointments available for the COVID-19 Vaccination event on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Dayton Calvary Baptist Church, 4 Flowery Ave, Dayton. This is a Moderna vaccine event and is by appointment only. The Moderna vaccine is authorized for individuals ages 18 and older. If you are under the age of 18, you will be turned away.
