State employees at work on Carson City snow day
Nevada state employees had a two-hour delayed start to their day Friday in Carson City because of heavy snowfall overnight from a strong winter storm that is hitting the area.
State employees in Carson City have since begun reporting to work. Despite the delayed start, state offices are currently open for business.
