Carson City Humane Society's Pet of the Week: Boomer
Happy Thursday, Carson City! Today we are featuring the very handsome Boomer, a dapper tuxedo cat who is available to adopt from the Carson shelter.
Boomer is a little over a year and a half and has spent more time in the shelter than he’d like to. He came to the facility in late November and needs lots of love to come out of his shell.
Staff describes him as a total snuggle bug once he’s feeling safe.
Boomer came from an overcrowded home and isn’t going to let his rough start to life stop him from living his best cat life. Will you give Boomer the patience and love he needs?
Let’s hear from Boomer himself!
“Eager to make new friends? Me too! I am searching for that perfect someone who can listen to my meows and watch the birds together. Oh, you don’t watch the birds? Well, maybe you have a nice window spot where I can? Please say you do and adopt me today!”
Boomer is a member of the Lonely Hearts Club, which means he is free to adopt. Members of this club have the greatest need of getting out of the shelter and into a loving home.
You can meet Boomer by visiting the Carson City branch of the Nevada Humane Society located at 549 Airport Road in Carson City, or by calling (775) 887-2171 to find out more.
