Nevada Supreme Court to consider creating commission to study water law cases
CARSON CITY, Nev. — Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice James W. Hardesty filed a petition requesting the Nevada Supreme Court consider creating a commission to study the adjudication of water law cases in Nevada’s courts.
The Supreme Court has scheduled a public hearing on the petition on March 3, 2021 at
3 p.m. The hearing will be conducted virtually and may viewed on the Nevada Supreme Court’s website at www.nvcourts.gov/supreme

The Court invites additional written comments from the bench, bar, and general public pertaining to ADKT 576.
