Carson City GOP primary voters opt for 'none of these candidates' while Democrats pick Biden
Carson City voters participating in Tuesday's presidential preference primary picked their choices that were available on the ballot with local Republicans opting for "none of these candidates."
Carson City Democrats overwhelmingly picked President Joe Biden to return for a second term with a total of 2,380 votes, followed by "none of these candidates" with 194 votes and Marianne Williamson with 72 votes.
With former president Donald J. Trump not on Tuesday's primary ballot as determined by Nevada's GOP, 1,333 Carson City Republican voters picked "none of these candidates" as their choice, followed by Nikki Haley with 815 votes, and former Vice President Mike Pence, who is no longer running, with 100 votes.

Carson City Republicans will hold a caucus Thursday, Feb. 8 beginning at 5 p.m. and will remain open until 7 to 7:30 p.m. depending on location.
In Carson City, caucus locations are divided between the Carson City Plaza Hotel and Events Center located at 801 S. Carson St. and Casino Fandango at 3800 S. Carson St based on precinct.
