Carson City sheriff's deputies make multiple drug related arrests
A man was arrested Tuesday for alleged drug offenses, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
Don Richey was taken into custody at 3:31 a.m. following an investigation that led to the discovery of suspected methamphetamine (approximately 10 grams) approximately 1 gram of heroin, Suboxone without a prescription, a scale, and paraphernalia.
He was booked with a $5,000 bail for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia.
In other arrests:
— A 24-year-old Stockton, Calif., man was booked into jail early Wednesday morning for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Noah Carl Jacob was taken into custody at 4:17 a.m. following an investigation after a vehicle returned with expired license plates from September 2023. The investigation led to the discovery of suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bail: $2,500.
— A 26-year-old man, William Liggett, was arrested Tuesday, 12:37 a.m. for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, violation of pre-trial supervision through the Department of Alternative Sentencing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 29-year-old man, Lyle Benjamin Mills, was arrested Monday for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, Department of Alternative Sentencing violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 38-year-old man, Jose Gonzalez, was arrested Monday for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and Department of Alternative Sentencing violation. Bail: $3,000.
— A 42-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday in the area of North Carson Street and Silver Oak for a misdemeanor warrant issued out of Dayton Township Justice Court. Bail: $560 cash.
