All acts chosen are students from grades 9-12. There are 5 singing acts and 5 non-singing acts in the show.
Tickets are $5 for students and staff members of Carson City School District. The community center theater is located at 851 E William St, Carson City.
The talent show acts will be judged by four community member judges. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners of the non-singing category and the singing category. There is also a People's Choice Award that allows members of the audience to vote at the show.
The talent show will have an opening, non-judged act. Liam Kyle Cahill, a former Carson High School student from 2002-2004 is returning to perform 3 of his studio releases. Cahill is a an independent artist and has traveled all over the world performing his music.
