Wild game cooking class offered by culinary center and Nevada Division of Wildlife
Did you or your hunting buddies tag out this season, and you’re tired of eating the same recipes? The Nevada Department of Wildlife and Nothing To It! Culinary Center are teaming up to offer a wild game cooking class with tons of great ideas.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and sample recipes. This class will also feature a local butcher to discuss field dressing, meat processing and storage, along with local wild game enthusiast and cookbook author, Kristy Crabtree of Nevada Foodies.
This opportunity allows you to brush up on those culinary skills right in time to host family and friends for Superbowl Sunday.
