Nevada Humane Society, Carson City’s Pet of the Week: Sullivan
Happy Thursday, Carson City, and happy snow day! Our Pet of the Week this week is perfect for a snow day: Meet Sullivan!
Sullivan is a beautiful husky who has been at the shelter for a few weeks. He is a sweet boy who has that typical husky energy. He is also a large lad, so he needs someone with the gusto to handle him. From our experience, he is good with people and other dogs, but it would be best that he not go to a home with cats.
Sullivan would do best with a very active home with a secure yard so that he has plenty of space to burn off that husky energy of his!
Here is what Sullivan has to say about himself:
"Hi there, future friend! I'm Sullivan, and I am looking for a new place to call home. I've got some cool tricks up my furry sleeves – I'm house-trained, love car rides, and know the classic sit and shake commands. I might need a bit of work on some of my manners. I get a little scared of that vacuum monster, but hey, who isn't? I'm cool with kids and other dogs, although I'm not a fan of those feline creatures. Chew toys are my absolute favorite, and I can't resist a good sofa nap. Let's embark on this new adventure together, and I promise to bring a whole lot of charm and love into your life!"
Sullivan is free to adopt! You can meet Sullivan at the Carson City Nevada Humane Society at 549 Airport Road, Carson City, NV 89701, or by calling (775) 887-2171 to learn more. We are open every day from 11:00 am - 6:30 pm.
