Nevada Wolf Pack blow out the San Jose State Spartans with a monster second half
The Nevada Wolf Pack overcame another sluggish first half and improved their record to 15-1 (2-1 MW) with a 92-53 blowout of the San Jose State Spartans at Lawlor Events Center Wednesday night.
Nevada returned home after an 82-58 road shellacking at the hands of the New Mexico Lobos to take on a 3-10 Spartan team fresh off a 25-point home loss to Fresno State, figuring to be just what the doctor ordered to get the Pack back on track.
Coach Eric Musselman deviated from his starting five, inserting senior guard Cory Henson and freshman Jordan Brown in favor of Caleb Martin and Tre’Shawn Thurman.
