RDM Infinity releases new mobile signature capture software solution

CARSON CITY, Nev. — RDM Infinity, a full service software development provider that creates custom software solutions for businesses, has released Infinity Signature Capture and Infinity Cloud, its newest software products designed to capture and securely store electronic signatures via mobile devices.
The signature capture software works through a free application that can be downloaded for most iOS or Android devices. When a signature is needed, the user opens the application on their mobile device and can receive the required signature. The signature can then be printed to available wireless printers or emailed as an attachment.
“The system was created for businesses that require signatures for proof of delivery, merchandise handoff, customer order pick up, etc. without requiring purchasing extra equipment for their employees since the majority of people already have smart mobile devices,” Brandon Robinson, owner of RDM Infinity said.
The app can be used for small businesses all the way up to enterprise operations.
“A flower shop can use Infinity Signature to track floral deliveries the same way a major plumbing distributor can track shipments of building supplies to a construction site,” Robinson said.
Infinity Signature also allows for optional integration with Infinity Cloud, a new monthly subscription service offered by RDM Infinity that provides secure and encrypted storage of captured signatures. These signatures can be accessed instantly from a laptop, tablet or phone, eliminating the use of physical forms to store and maintain.
Subscriptions start at just $6 per month.
Infinity Cloud, the largest storage solution of its kind available to end users, allows paid subscribers to assign each signature a reference number, such as an order or tracking number, for easy search and lookup through either a web portal or an API that integrates all data into any end user system.
