Sunrise of Hope
I came across this photograph in my personal archives of a November early morning sunrise in east Carson City. For me, it's symbolic of the hope many of us still have following personal loss and tragedy.
Even as we face the coming darkness of winter, the sun still rises and shines across the landscapes of our lives. I hope this picture will inspire those close to fallen Carson City Sheriff Deputy Carl Howell the way it has inspired me. Hope is alive. Hope is eternal. Hope is resilient. And, like a sunrise, hope keeps coming back. God bless Deputy Howell and his family.
