This high-water mark project is an outreach tool designed to let people know their flood risk and to underscore how floodplains and open spaces work together to reduce their flood risk.

Jerry was a 25-year Navy veteran who proudly served his country. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He loved spending time with family, traveling with his wife, and playing tennis. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge.
