Shirley Jean Bouer Whitcome died November 12, 2023, at Carson Tahoe Hospital. She was 92 years old. Shirley was born on March 12, 1931, in Twin Falls, Idaho. Her family relocated many times during her childhood and in 1948 she graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Los Angeles. She settled in Carson City in 1951, living here for 72 years.
