For over a decade now, the Annual CHS Football Golf Tournament has been a driving force behind Carson High School's football program. This upcoming event is poised to maintain its tradition of providing vital financial support for the team, covering essentials like equipment, travel expenses, and jerseys.

On September 29, 2023, at approximately 1354 hours, Lyon County Sheriff's Office deputies went to the 200 block of Granada Street in Fernley, Nevada where they located and arrested 30 year old Cory Tyler on a Nevada Parole and Probation warrant.

Ed Choklek, President of the local chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society (SVDPS), will share his organization’s role in helping those less fortunate in our community with members of the Rotary Club of Carson City at the next club meeting.
