When I stated “it is possibly not a deal breaker” I meant that even if the incubator was excluded from the final project, the project may still be viable for the reasons stated.

A strong run through the second and third quarters helped the Carson High freshman boys basketball team vault to a 53-22 victory at home against Bishop Manogue on Tuesday afternoon.
