Six weeks after tickets went on sale, The Polar Express™ has officially sold out, according to the Carson City Convention and Visitors Bureau.
More than 7,500 riders will board the magical holiday train on the Virginia and Truckee Railroad, the only officially licensed Polar Express event in the region this holiday season.

Ron Knecht, member of the state Board of Regents and former Republican Assemblyman, says he's investigating this class, too, and feels it might cross the line between education and therapy.

Here's a story about the city's biggest crafts fair that took place this weekend at Carson High School. The 17th annual fair attracted 120 vendors, filling the school with some early Christmas spirit.
