With spring in full swing, several road projects are underway in Carson City. Here is the road report for the week of April 22-28:

Because of continued construction of the Carson City Freeway project, Snyder Avenue is closed between E. Roland Street and Center Drive. Center Drive and Silver Sage Drive are also closed south of Appion Way. Bennett Avenue is closed between Center Drive and Bigelow Drive.

She is currently a regular cast member of the national comedy hit, The 3 Blonde Moms. Kat hosts her own cable show called, "Speak Up, With Kat Simmons." She won the eWomen Network's international talent contest in Dallas in 2009.

This is the second year the Carson City Chamber of Commerce has organized a Home & Garden Show to showcase the many businesses that can help homeowners improve their homes and gardens.

This Saturday, April 20th, Greenhouse Garden Center will again take center stage showcasing their expertise and creativeness in creating a unique garden setting that only the professionals at Greenhouse can create. Owner David Ruf and staff will be on hand to conduct informative seminars as well.
