Lane closures begin Monday on US-395 south of Gardnerville for NDOT roadside drainage

Fishing Report: Fishing begins in some bodies of water, other areas remain closed due to snow

I was honored to be invited to one of the KFD committee meetings a few weeks ago. I now see and understand in a bigger light, what it takes to put on this major event each year.
Crash reported at Lompa and Northridge Saturday evening

Traffic is currently blocked. Injuries are unknown but airbags have been deployed in both vehicles.
Nevada Humane Society hires new interim CEO following complaints of leadership; Carson City animal control, shelter unaffected

Carson City Public Works open house combines fun and education for all ages

62 Carson High School Seniors Earn $7 Million in Scholarships

Their accomplishments, which highlighted the academic success of the Class of 2023, were celebrated in an awards ceremony Thursday, May 18, at the Carson City Community Center.
Northern Nevadan McAvoy Lane gives his final performance as Mark Twain

5th Annual Kids to Parks Day held Saturday at Mills Park
