Carson City arrests: Man booked in scheme involving returned cameras for store credit

Nevada land agencies reduce some fire restrictions, will allow campfires in designated places
Submitted by Jeff Munson on Thu, 10/15/2020 - 10:19amThe Bureau of Land Management, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and Nevada Division of Forestry will jointly reduce the current 2020 Nevada-wide fire restrictions, effective for all three agencies by Friday, Oct. 16, until further notice. The reduced fire restrictions will allow campfires in designated campground areas within Nevada.
Youth conservation group River Wranglers to host event aimed at protecting cottonwoods

This brings the total number of cases to 1,539, with 1,359 recoveries and 19 deaths; 161 cases remain active.
