Carson City Republican Women to hear U.S. Representative Mark Amodei

Carson City arrests: Jail inmates booked for drug possession

Two Carson City Detention Center inmates were booked early Tuesday for suspicion of felony drug possession after an investigation by jail staff.

$40,000 available for recycling projects in Nevada

CARSON CITY — The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection’s Recycling Program has $40,000 in grant funding available for projects to enhance recycling, public awareness of the importance of conserving natural resources, and for the reduction, reuse and recycling of solid waste.

Status of Women in Nevada to meet August 15
