July 20, 2024 (All day) Women's drumming outdoors continues this Saturday, July 20 10 am, in a shady spot by a Carson City playground.
Please join us for camaraderie, upliftment and self-expression, at any level of drumming experience (or none!) The HealthRhythms protocol offers evidence-based improvement in health and well-being.
Bring water and a folding chair. Drums are provided.
