September 8, 2020 - 3:00pm Join us for a monthly diabetes support group virtually and/or in person, at the Health & Wellness Institute (1470 Medical PKWY, Suite 250). Each month will feature a different topic. Support group classes are led by Bridget Wood, RD, LD, and or Stefanie Bischoff, BSN, RN
When: September 10th from 3 - 4 PM
