February 17, 2019 - 10:00am The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a youth service organization for girls between the ages of 11– 20, established in 1922 and we are hosting a Valentine's painting party for the community to attend, suggested age 5 and up. We will be at the Carson Lodge, 113 Washington St., Carson City on Feb. 16.
