Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Wed, 01/01/2014 - 3:09pmThe New Year has begun, and quite surprisingly the past year has gone by extremely fast. Unsurprisingly, rarely did anything surprise me during my first year as a Supervisor. Granted there are moments when one believes he/she is making the right and prudent decision, but I did learn that regardless of how one votes, there will always be consequences.
What is most popular in the public opinion could and often does influence and create pressure for city staff to revitalize their position on the issues of the day, and then they may or may not make an agenda item for that subject matter.

Bullis and Company CPA: Some thoughts about IRS audits
Submitted by Jeff Munson on Sat, 04/20/2013 - 10:33amIt’s great to have that income tax return filed! Maybe you can relax and take a deep breath now. But, what if IRS has questions or selects your return for audit?
