Back to School Kuts event gives free haircuts for Carson City area students

August 6, 2023 - 12:00pm Salon Emerald and Hideaway Hair Lounge are thrilled to be able to make a difference in the lives of our local children. We want to make sure that every student has self-confidence about their appearance for their upcoming school year. A fresh haircut can go a long way toward accomplishing that.
