November 29, 2014 (All day) Two days after Thanksgiving, and it's a windy, cold and pretty blustery fall day in Carson City. Now the sun has shyly peeked out, and under a rainbow, Rohne Flaig of Carson City is hard at work with a friendly smile and greeting to everyone. Rohne's assigned location for the Salvation Army today is the Carson City Save Mart on North Carson Street at College Parkway.
