We have all seen this type of "white picket fence" photo many times before, but the Fall colors, light, and contrast around Carson City are something very special.

The late afternoon sun, along with the colors, make seeing a colorful Mountain Street unique. This photograph was taken looking south, near the famed Krebs Peterson Mansion.
