Draft Carson City zoning code amendments available for public review

The City’s Planning Commission has conducted several workshops and has drafted proposed amendments for portions of Title 18.
The Vintage at Kings Canyon

While the individuals were correct in that the Andersons have every right to sell their land, the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors are not automatically obligated to approve a zoning amendment from agricultural to residential to allow for said land to be developed.

My neighbors and I, with support from a number of property owners in the Historic District, are fighting to protect and preserve the integrity of Carson City’s Historic District.
