September 29, 2019 - 2:00pm Stop by the east side of Mills Park today, Sunday, September 29th and visit the historic Wungnema House for the Foundation for Carson City Parks and Recreation’s monthly open house, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. There is no admission fee for the open house, and all are welcome.

May 26, 2019 - 2:00pm Stop by the east side of Mills Park on Sunday for the Parks Foundation’s monthly open house at the Wungnema House, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
The Wungnema House is the charming stone cottage located on the east side of Mills Park across from Carson High. It was built by a family of skilled Hopi stonemasons shortly after WWII and served as the family’s home until the early 1970s. There is no admission fee, and all are welcome.
