Open Studio Tour

Heading into the weekend, there’s a bevy of activities around the Carson City region. The 2020 Jazz & Beyond Music and Art Festival will include the second annual Carson City Open Studios Tour with multiple locations. Hosted by the Carson City Classic Cinema Club, the Brewery Arts Center is holding a drive-in movie showing of the 1950s classic “Shane” on Saturday. The 14th annual Jazz and Beyond is sponsoring Carson City Open Studios Tour. This contemporary cultural event is designed to expand exposure for local artists and beyond by offering a wide variety of exceptional visual arts and open studio space for art-lovers from our region to view.

On Saturday, August 24, 2019 join your neighbors and friends for the very first Carson City Open Studios Tour here in the capital city from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event is sponsored by Jazz and Beyond Carson City Music and Art Festival.

An Open Studio Art event featuring Moongirl Studio will be presented by Mile High Jazz Band Association as part of the 2019 Jazz & Beyond Festival, and is supported by grants from the Carson City Cultural Commission, The Nevada Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts, and private donations.
