Our cold winter created a wonderful spring bounty. Gardening centers me bringing calm to a busy life. It's as if every bulb, every flower, every vegetable are tonics for my soul.

Enjoy some neighborhood cheer. I love gardening. By far, my favorite garden is in Spring. What started as a few tulips six years ago, has grown to blooms garden wide.
Spring flowers don't last long, however, they bring such joy after our long winters — especially this year's.
I invest in things that bring a smile to my face — that keep me focusing on the positive— on joy — on things I can share with others. A simple flower's bloom brings me back to feeling hope and happiness.

I love bulbs. My front garden is full of crocuses, hyacinths, daffodils and tulips. They are some of the hardiest plants I grow. Even covered with snow, they poke through and bloom.

March 5, 2023 - 3:30pm I have challenges. Everyone does. Over the years, I’ve developed a tool kit that helps me get through times that feel overwhelming. It’s well stocked. There are tools that worked last year that don’t this; that helped last month that don’t ease today’s burdens.
