Happy Mother's Day Carson City! It's going to be a hot one today with a high of 82 and a low of 47. Don't forget to stop by Mills Park for the carnival, which will be packing up and heading out of town tonight. On the docket today we have a Mother's Day brunch, a Bea Arthur tribute bingo and brunch, and more!

The capital city will celebrate Tinseltown, classic cinema and raise money for Carson City school art programs at the 5th annual Hollywood Gala on Saturday, May 18 with the theme "A Star is Born" hosted by Carson City Classic Cinema Club.

May 12, 2019 - 10:30am Come on down to the Carson City Elks Lodge for a Fabulous Mother's Day Brunch (Please see flyer). Every year the Elks outdo themselves with their fantastic fixins. What a wonderful way to spoil Mom's and Grandma's. Each Mom will receive a beautiful rose. And all persons over 21 will receive a glass of Champagne. You can purchase tickets now at the Lodge in the bar after 4:00PM.
