On April 29 Carson City Moose Lodge #2709 install its new slate of officers for the upcoming year. Past Moose Governor, Jack Stromberg preceded of the ceremony that saw new president Mike Riggs joined by Bryan Bibee as VP and Ron Rehn as Chaplin.
