October 21, 2023 (All day) The Reno Jazz Orchestra will present its “Creative Directions” concert on October 21, 2023, at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno, Nevada. The two-hour performance starts at 7:30 p.m. and will showcase original compositions by contemporary composers, including current and former members of the Reno Jazz Orchestra.

November 21, 2021 (All day) The Reno Jazz Orchestra, in conjunction with the University of Nevada, Reno, will celebrate the music career of Dr. Larry Engstrom, an icon of the School’s Program in Jazz and Improvisational Music, and renowned educator, composer, and trumpeter. The concerts will be held at the Good Luck Macbeth Theater in Reno, Nevada, on Saturday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, November 21 at 4:00 p.m.
