Joe’s All American Food, the newest location for Joe and Bonnie France who have a current location in Virginia City, as well as a previous location in Mound House, will open Monday in North Carson.

A Virginia City burger joint will be expanding its reach into the capital city with “Carson City Joe’s” taking the place of the old Saffron on the corner of North Carson Street and Corbett.
