September 18, 2022 (All day) Mark your calendar for the 2nd annual "Watercolor Carson City 2022", a fundraiser for CIRCLES Initiative and a WNC scholarship.
Activities include a juried watercolor art competition, “Plein Air” painting in Carson City on Saturday, Sept 17, a free watercolor demonstration at the BAC on Saturday afternoon, and the awards gala at the Governor’s Mansion on Sunday, Sept. 18, 1-4 pm.
