Concert Under the Stars to benefit Greenhouse Project

The second annual Concert Under the Stars, a benefit for The Greenhouse Project, will be on Wednesday, July 14 at Adele's Restaurant and Lounge in Carson City.

With the Capital City filled with daytime summer events, the night will come alive on Wednesday, July 14, with the second annual Concert Under the Stars. at Adele's Restaurant and Lounge in Carson City.

Kids Run-4-Fun in Carson City

A free race for children will be on Saturday, July 3, from 10 a.m. to noon at Edmonds Sports Complex. Join the Tahoe Trail Blazers Outdoor Adventure Club for fun runs, obstacle courses, bounce house, pottery painting, food and drinks,and lots more fun for families in support of kids' health and fitness. There will be a half-mile and mile race. The Edmonds Sports Complex is located at 1555 Livermore Lane in Carson City.

Four-day July 4th Celebration at Mills Park in Carson City

A must-attend event for the whole family is the RSVP Annual 4th of July Celebration in Mills Park, which runs July 1-4, with a fireworks show on Sunday night. Join in on the fun during this four-day carnival that features rides, arts, crafts, novelties, great food and drinks. The fireworks show begins at 9:15 p.m., at the park, courtesy of RSVP, Carson City Toyota/Scion and Wells Fargo Bank, Carson Nugget, Gold Dust West, NV Energy, Carson City Office of Business Development, Adele's Restaurant and Lounge, and Inland Empire Shows. I've been talking with Doug about this situation, and there are a few interesting things left out of this story.

Classic Billiards Now Open at Carson Lanes Retail Center

Carson Lanes Retail Center is pleased to announce the opening of Classic Billiards. This upscale billiards room features 3 Regulation 8' Tables and 1 Tournament Grade 9' Table. All the tables are available by the hour (not coin-op). You must be 16 and above to rent a table (equipment available at the front desk. A driver's license, state i.d. or credit card is required). Kids twelve and above can play if accompanied by an Adult or Guardian. Food and Drinks are available and allowed in the Billiards Room.
