May 18, 2014 - 3:00pm Douglas County Library hosts its annual Spring Book Sale, featuring more than 15,000 titles May 16 through May 18 at the C.V.I.C. Hall, 1602 Esmeralda Ave. in Minden.
Everyone is invited and Friends of the Library receive a 15 percent discount all weekend. There will be lots of signed books at reasonable prices,with more than 50 categories to choose from, including children's, fiction, art, nonfiction,and technical.
Hours are Friday, 3 to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call the Douglas County Library at 775-782-9841.
