March 6, 2017 - 11:30am The Douglas County Democratic Women’s monthly luncheon is set for Monday, March 6, at the Carson Valley Inn.
We are pleased to have Anne Macquarie, Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Toiyabe Chapter of the Sierra Club, as our Speaker.
Her talk is entitled “State and Environmental Concerns.” She will talk about what is happening at the state legislature now and how the new administration in DC is impacting environmental issues.

December 5, 2016 - 11:30am The Douglas County Democratic Women’s annual Holiday Celebration and Bake Sale is set for Monday, December 5. Enjoy lunch, socializing, and other fun activities. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the DCDW Scholarship Program and support operating expenses. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with lunch at noon. Cost: $18 with reservations, $20 for walk-ins.
