Nevada governor highlights COVID-19 progress in Roadmap to Recovery Plan

On Thursday, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak highlighted the State’s recent progress in efforts to battle COVID-19 in Nevada. At the end of April, when announcing the Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery plan, Gov. Sisolak laid out five criteria State officials would monitor as the State began a gradual, phased in reopening process.

Public Encouraged to Participate in Crisis Standards of Care Workshops

The Division of Public & Behavioral Health (DPBH) is working with healthcare, public health, emergency management, ethical and legal partners to develop Crisis Standards of Care (CSC) Guidance for the state of Nevada. It is very important that the public provide feedback on the guidance as CSC standards will assist healthcare professionals to decide how to provide the best possible care when resources are limited and/or unavailable.
