Christian Family Concert

Monday, Oct. 30: Things to do in Carson City

Event Date:
October 30, 2017 (All day)

What a weekend. Now that Nevada Day is over, we can truly focus on Halloween. Take a trip to the hospital: Carson Tahoe is throwing its annual Spooktacular Stroll, complete with candy, prizes, a bounce house, and more. Head up to Virginia City if you’d like some thrills. The Mackay Mansion is open for its second annual haunted house, even though it’s got a reputation for being haunted year-round. Douglas kids will enjoy a Halloween party at the local Minden Library.

Free Christian Family Concert features The Josties at Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church

Coming from southern Alberta, Canada, the Jost Family, who call their musical group The Josties, brings a lively blend of organic acoustic music with a folk/light contemporary flavor.

Their lighthearted humor and fervent hope in Christ contribute to a refreshing and encouraging experience. See their Facebook page here for more information about the family.

Join us Monday, Oct. 30, 6 p.m. for a fun evening at the Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church:
