Polka Dot Powerhouse, an International Women's Connection Group, Celebrated 11 years on March 13. This yearly event is known as "I Rock The Dot Day." Women from the Carson City Chapter gathered at La Capital Cafe and Grill to watch interactive events with the Founder and CEO Shannon Crotty from Wisconsin.
