CASI 5K9

It isn't every day you find a dog willing to do something for a cat.

But that's exactly what happened Sunday morning at Riverview Park off East Fifth Street in Carson City when dozens of canines and their humans participated in CASI's annual 5K9 Run/Walk.

Historic Dayton is the place to be. The Annual Dayton Valley Days and Railroad Days features a chili cook-off, pet parade, pinewood derby race, and much more. Join CASI at Riverview Park for the annual 5K9 walk/run and don’t forget to bring your pooch. The Edible Pedal is one of the most delicious bike rides around with 100, 50, or 10 mile courses. Due to the high coyote activity around Riverview Park, the CASI 5K9 scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19 has been canceled.
